About Rodolfo Orellana

Rodolfo “Rudy” Orellana is originally from Harlingen, Texas in the Rio Grande Valley. After graduating from high school, he moved to Austin in 2006 to attend and graduate from the University of Texas at Austin. Throughout his time in Austin, he has grown to love it and has seen the city transform itself from the Great Recession to the housing market boom of today. Rudy is a 13 year military and served in several places around the world. Rudy is a father of two, soon to be three. He is a strong believer in God, in family and how a home can bring the family closer by creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Rudy started his career in real estate when he purchased his first investment property in 2011. Rudy has experience in other parts of real estate as well such as serving on his neighborhood’s HOA board, property management, apartment locating, and the leasing process. Rudy is bilingual in Spanish and specializing in residential real estate, new construction, investment property, multifamily property and has experience with every mortgage loan.
Rudy’s perspective is the customer’s needs and wants are always the priority. He will be dedicated 100% to every customer throughout the process. Rudy’s comprehensive sales strategy will make every client comfortable with one of the biggest decisions in their life. As a prior project manager, he sees every property purchase or property sale as its own individual project and will guide all of his clients through the process.

In his free time, Rudy enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, working out, riding his motorcycle, water activities, and anything to do in the outdoors such as fishing. Rudy has volunteered his time with the Ronald McDonald House charities and stays involved with his local school district.
